ugh. i am SO over this head cold. why is IT not over?!!!!
breakfast: strawberry banana smoothie with 2 T peanut butter
lunch: half potato, slice turkey, slice provolone, garlic broth
dinner: CHINESE! hot pepper beef, chicken with garlic and about 1 cup brown rice
oh and did i mention the gallons of liquid? ick. ugh. blech.
exercise- not so much. way too low energy.
still hungry, though. think i'll try an energy ball or two.
