I bought this shirt XL at Target so I could make a top and maybe use the other piece later with other material to make a skirt.  It is very cute material!

I've been doing a lot of sewing but it was more with non-T-shirt stuffs (a picture of the time-sucking project is down at the bottom of this post). Here are two recons under the cut, and they deviate from my halter/criss-cross/strappy thing shirts I've been making a decent number of lately. Photos are kinda big!

Here is my latest- been working on it off and on for awhile.  I got the shirt in the men's section at Kmart. 
I made the bottom out of the front of the shirt fabric, then I turned it inside out to make the top part just red.  That was all done with the sewing machine.  The straps were made from a separate material that matched.  I sewed those on by ( Read more... )

hi...um, so i've been bored and so searching the inter-web and i found this community, joined, and so, am, um, posting pictures of things i could find that i've made. most of it gets borrowed, lost, or re-cut-up, but these are a few?
