Heh, nobody can convince me that Merlin and Arthur aren't gay for one another. I mean, Arthur's a future king, he'll need a queen to be able to have a heir, but that doesn't mean he can't have some enjoyable sexytimes with his manservant.
It did happen a bit fast. I was just so disappointed in the asylum arc. Asylum plots have been done to death, and House is supposed to be a medical show. They, especially, should be more genuine about psychiatry. It bugs me when psychiatric issues are portrayed as something you can just magic away by giving someone a music box, or whatever. Mental disorders are as much a disease as any other disorders. You wouldn't try to heal Huntington's by giving the patient a music box and telling them to think happy thoughts. Portraying them in this way is actually insulting towards the people suffering from a disorder like that.
Well, he has to relapse at some point. Probably. Or maybe they're actually going to deal with Wilson's brother, after they randomly brought him into the show and then never pursued the issue. 9_9
Mental disorders are as much a disease as any other disorders. Which is one of the other reasons this episode annoyed me. The whole "lets make it funny and magically heal it" side. I hate that people still don't take mental illness seriously. Which is also, obviously, why House could change so fast, because - hey - it wasn't anything serious like his leg, it was just a mind thing. Fuck you. Depression does not go away like that.
