1. When someone won't look at anything from another person's point of view
2. Misspelling and grammatical errors in a professional context (and misspelling of the word "definite(ly)" in every context; though I won't say anything about it, it still makes me "ping" negatively).
3. Using acronyms and repeating the word that the last letter stands for ~ "PIN Number," "ATM Machine," "NIC Card," "NIV Version," etc.
