My brother has some kind of neurological disorder. The pain started in his left leg, and he thought it was somehow related to an ankle injury. The pain moved to his arm, then his whole left side. After struggling over whether to wait for next year, I went ahead and bought it. A few hours into it, I can already see why the game is getting stellar reveiws. They've improved on the genre by consciously eliminating the most annoying things from the games of the past.
