Although I like a nice bit of roast chicken as much as the next carnivore, it's almost the least part of roasting a bird for me. Apparently yesterday's mental vomit cleared the poisons from the system. Although I did wake up a few times last night, it was for purely climatological reasons ("too chilly with the fan on, turn it off" "too stuffy with the fan off, turn it on").
