We always buy gallons of milk, and it comes in plastic jugs - with no pictures.
What percentage of people don't buy milk?
Ultimately, how many people see the milk cartons with the pictures of missing children?

Once again I've found a cellphone on my bike commute. On a less busy road than last time, but actually in the road this time. And after dark, since I was on my way home. I found a cell phone on my way to work this morning, and helped it find its way home.

About a block of my bike commute is on sidewalk on the south side of US-50. I spotted something, stopped, and discovered it was a cell phone. (A Motorola TRACFONE, much nicer than anything I've used.) Possibilities:
