I biked to the Folk Festival.
There were lots of people wearing Bike-to-Work-Day T-shirts.
There were a surprising number of mixed couples, some with children.
There was more Afro-centric content in the program.

Some of the area's best banjo players - Greg Adams, Kate Brett, Reed Martin, Bill Schmidt, and Andy Wallace - showcase the versatile banjo and techniques used in a variety of musical styles.
Lilt
Tina Eck (flute, whistle) and Keith Carr (bouzouki, banjo) capture the essentials of traditional Irish music, while Irish dancers add percussive excitement.
Mark H. Rooney
Taiko School
Japanese taiko drumming is a powerful synergy of sound and dynamic movement.
Mark Rooney has studied, performed, and taught taiko in Japan, Europe, and the United States.
Today, his students demonstrate this exciting art form.
New Sunshine Skiffle Band
Wrap up your weekend with the irresistible sounds that have delighted Festival audiences since 1982.
With their jugband/ragtime/jazz tunes, among the band's great array of instruments are washboard, gutbucket, and musical saw.
