Windell H OskayA fisherman was killed Friday in Hawaii after a swordfish he had just speared punctured him in his chest. He shot the fish with his spear gun and jumped into the water to retrieve it. The fish then started thrashing around and impaled him in the upper chest with its bill, according to boating and ocean recreation officials. The swordfish was about 40 pounds and 3 feet long, with a bill length of about 3 feet....
