Just finished with a job interview. I have another one in the morning, tomorrow, which makes it a total of six interviews this week. Seriously!? I'm not complaining about the interviews, but there was next to nothing the entire summer and now this? And not one of those is for the things I actually went to school for. This is a really exhausting week and it's not even halfway done. I am having job interviews every day, sometimes even twice a day and it's exhausting. I'm happy I have been asked to even come to the interviews, but getting ready for each one is so mentally draining that every day I just get home, cuddle the cats and listen to music.

I hate collective job interviews. There were about 40 of us and they didn't even put us in a room, instead making us wait in the hallway until they they gave out some questionnaires which we then had to fill against walls. The questionnaires were then given back, reviewed and the people that didn't satisfy the requirements were sent on their way ( Read more... )

There was cat emergency for the past couple of days. Apparently they (2 out of 5) ate something in the garden and didn't feel like eating or drinking anything. They freaked me out, but the vet wasn't needed. They started eating normally today, meaning they ate like crazy, devouring everything they can. We have rain people!!! After three whole months without rain the thunderstorm started somewhere around 8 last night and it didn't stop raining until three hours ago.
