I found a great deal on a couple of 6 pound Boston Pork Butts today (Save-a-Lot, $5.84) so tomorrow I am going to do a long cook in the crockpot (10-12 hours on low). I am thinking of making a simple recipe using just the roast and two large cans of seasoned collard greens. I think that will work, but am not sure.
