Sunday Dinner: Oven Baked Chicken Thighs
Tonight I am making oven baked chicken thighs in the, err, umm, oven. It's a simple but tasty and inexpensive din-din. To compliment, old fashioned stuffing and green bean casserole. The compliments are premade because my father found them on sale at Kroger and bought way too many of them for us to finish before they go bad without making it feel like a chore. *chuckle*
Simple recipe. 8 Chicken thighs, 1/2 cup of melted butter with a garlic clove (sliced) poured over, covered with spicy seasoned breadcrumbs. Bake at 400 for about an hour. Done.
It comes out looking and tasting like it took a lot more work than it actually was. *grins*
