Soccer
So soccer season has begun again James has decided not to play but Thomas is still plugging along. Thomas even tried out for a competitive boys soccer team, although I found out Tuesday they don't have a coach for his age group yet so....
He has a new coach and new teammates this season. Only two 3 others from his old team are on this ream and he is not close to any of them. His best soccer friend is on another team and it makes it hard on him. We have been to the field after one of his practices and let them play for awhile, we will keep doing that.
It takes a bit to make friends and when they are all out there he looks like he doesn't want to be out there but when it's just 5 or 6 he has a great time. Of course about three of the bays are really pretty good and know it...and let everyone else know it. *insert eye roll here*
Games start tomorrow and the first game is against his best bud. That should be fun for them. :-) Only drawback is that it is early- we have to be there at 8:30. I hate to be up that early on a Saturday. At least I get to go have fun knitting later in the day. :D
