The State of the Swankivy - November 16 - November 22
The week in review:- Saturday I updated some lists, worked on my blogging, did some walking and Poloing people, and wrapped up a package to go out. I also did some applications and ate a potato.
- Sunday I slept late and I guess I needed it. Did my chores (dishes, trash, laundry) and organized money stuff, made some Polos, and updated more lists. ( Read more... )

The week in review:- Saturday I did a little bit of household maintenance and blogging and processing of photos. Talked to my friend Sarah on the phone for a while. Meghan and Adam came over to visit briefly and give me a cool signed Indigo Girls CD in a frame. Finished the blogging after they left.

The week in review:- Saturday was my big Halloween party! I went out before it got too hot and swept my porch down for outdoor loiterers . . . and found a wasp nest had taken up residence under the table. Got rid of it and that was no fun. The week in review:- Saturday continued the Megstravaganza. She and I went to St. Pete for some art museum fun, and then we had sushi at Lemongrass and rested at my house for a while before going out to shop for a jacket at Target and out to dinner at Mandola's. I brought my plants inside because I was afraid of them getting zapped by the cold.

The week in review:- Saturday I went to USF's botanical gardens with Dare and we looked at cool plants, ate some SoFresh bowls, and spent some lovely time together. They got me a CD I've wanted for a long time for my gift! I took a nap after they dropped me off at home, and then I did my blogging, reading, and perusing old annoying conversations.

The State of the Swankivy - December 30 - January 5
The week in review:- Saturday I had plans to see Meg and Adam but they canceled due to feeling under the weather, so I didn't do much all day besides updating my blog (which was extensive due to holiday photos) and making Polos. I got my comic So You Write planned and doodled, but other than that I got a lot of naps in.

The week in review:- Saturday was my concert at Big Top Lakewood Ranch! Jeaux picked me up and we drove to the location, and it was a really pretty bar. We played two sets and my friend Ben also came out to see some of the show. The week in review:- Saturday I went to Mom's to sell furniture again. Sold a storage locker and a dresser. I put a lot of effort in to make sure the exit route for the dresser was clear. Someone came for an ottoman but decided not to take it because it was not a storage ottoman (I had not indicated that it was). I listed more items for sale as well ( Read more... )
