I now have a working phone again.  Although it's been a bit of a hassle, requiring multiple calls to Orange (most of which had 20 minute waits to be answered), being shunted between departments and basically being told that my phone should be working and that if it wasn't, they had no idea what to do about it.  Helpful ( Read more... )
