life is getting better slowly
Today was Carl's last day at school. I cried. He has grown so much in the last year. I can't say enough about the school, Gingerbread and the teachers in his class. We started the year with dreams and finished with accomplishments. Last day was beach day. I brought a ice and another mom brought a snow cone machine. Kids went nuts over them. Lots of water balloons, water slides, mud, and fun. It was so good to see Carl play with his peers. Carl is enrolled in Pre-K in the fall. He will have a aide with him. School is leery of seizures plus he tends to panic is rooms with tall ceilings (gymnaisms) and around large crowds (assemblies). Tomorrow is a new day with a new neurologist in Tulsa. This doc in the two conversations over the phone with him, seems aggressive with treatments and testing. Praying for more progress with Carl. Going to be a loooooong summer w/o therapy but a well deserved break for him.
