organizing kitchen
Today I worked in the kitchen. Traded a freind Modular Mates for cleaning her house. Found lots of old unknowns in back of cabinets that headed for trash. Stripped each cabinet down washed them and then organized them. Making a list of what need as well like a egg yolk seperator. Kithcen looks a lot better Now if I can get myself motivated this summer to finish painting the cabinet doors. Labeled everything as well. Labelmaker is on the list of to-get items. I will mop the floors after everyone is in bed. Safer and enjoy the quiet. Waiting for a currant cake to cook. Trying a new receipe. Hubby is home till tuesday am. Nice change. Here is my list of things to get from my brain. Couldn't find paper and pencil anywhere while working so need to write it down before I forget.
Egg seperator metal or plastic
pots various sizes w/o non stick coating
wood utensils
Kitchen aid mixer full size blue or white in color with dough attachment (kind that you can mix dough with)
ceramic crocks 5 gal size for towels dirty looks nicer than a laundry basket
nice baskets or something to organize pot lids
Timer beeping. Headed back to kitchen to check on the oven. Hope it turns out.
