Description: Dark mining shafts held up by steel and wood creek on any side of you in this underground haven. Musty dirt smell fills your lungs as you make your way down further in the descent down the dimly lit hall and into a large room, one also dimly lit. Lined with markets, its ceiling extends farther up than any of the tunnels which makes you realize just how far underground you must be.
Approximate Crossing Time: Dependent on Location.
Pros:
- Bypass large hordes above the ground (though there are underground and stray monsters who find their ways into the tunnels.) and gain access to most cities.
- Access to the jail without a boat or swimming.
- A main meeting area that's almost always monster free where a small market is run by a few Angels willing to go that far under the ground. This is where your
wishes are processed.
- Electricity from 7AM to 11PM.
Cons:
- Restricted to the underground system and unable to move freely as you would above ground.
- Tunnel collapses are a problem and becoming trapped and dying in your room or in a dark, collapsed tunnel are a very real problem and issue.
- No plant life can grow without a sophisticated system, even then there's no running water and electricity shuts down at a certain time of day because it's run by a generator.
- If you're not in your room by 11PM and are in the tunnels without a source of light, you're stuck wandering the dark musty halls unless some kind soul can find you.
- Angels don't patrol the hallways, only entry points and the 'meeting area', you're on your own a lot of the time.
