Pairing: Carlisle/Jasper
Rating: M
Disclaimer: Fiction
Summary: The monster inside Jasper lusts for human blood. When the desire is too strong to resist, there is only one who can help. Carlisle tamed this monster once, and now he must try again.
Jasper was waiting for Carlisle in his room when he returned from the hunt.
Esme had gone to speak with Alice in order to give the two males some privacy.
The doctor slipped through the door, shutting it behind him with a soft click.
Jasper immediately noticed the faint pink flush of his cheeks and lips. And his golden-yellow eyes shone in the dark.
Relief coursed through the younger vampire upon seeing that Carlisle was perfectly fine - strong and beautiful as ever.
The doctor smiled at the empath, who sat politely at the end of the bed, hands folded neatly in his lap.
Jasper had showered and changed his clothes. His blond hair was still damp, strands clinging to his forehead and the back of his neck.
“You smell good. Fresh.” Carlisle said, moving slowly toward his son. “Are you okay?” He stopped a few feet away from Jasper, staring at his young, marble face.
“I am.” Jasper smiled. “I feel absolutely brilliant, of course.”
“Of course.” Carlisle chuckled.
The two pale creatures watched one another, their skin glowing in the moonlight that shone through the window.
“Sit with me.” Jasper spoke quietly, head tilted to the side.
Carlisle hesitated, staring at his son through narrowed eyes.
Jasper laughed. “I won’t bite.” He promised, a wide, playful grin on his face.
The older vampire slunk over to the bed, sitting a few inches from the empath. “I know that.”
“Good.” Jasper reached over to grab Carlisle’s right hand. He held it loosely, bringing it up to his own face, pressing it against his smooth cheek. Jasper watched the doctor for a reaction.
Carlisle turned to stare at him, his emotions giving nothing away.
Jasper closed the small distance between their bodies, sitting so close that their thighs, shoulders and arms touched.
“What do you want?” Carlisle whispered, unblinking as he looked into Jasper’s eyes.
“You know what I want. I fucking want you.”
“That’s not what I meant, Jasper. What do you want, tonight? Right now, what do you want from me?” Carlisle’s eyes searched the younger vampire’s face for an answer.
A tiny, sly smirk crawled across Jasper’s lips. He leaned in, pressing his mouth to Carlisle’s neck. He traced a hand along the doctor’s thigh before slipping it between his legs, stopping his movements just before he reached his groin.
Jasper was pleased to feel the change in his father’s emotions. Everything was lost behind a wall of passion and deep desire. And love. Immense, consuming, breathtaking love.
Jasper gasped, his lips trailing butterfly kisses down to the doctor’s collarbone. “I want… too much.” He mumbled, moving up to suck the soft, fleshy lobe of Carlisle’s ear. “Too much.” He groaned, squeezing the vampire’s thigh.
Carlisle inhaled softly, placing a hand on the back of Jasper’s head, fingers becoming tangled in the damp hair. “Its not too much, Jasper. I would give it to you, every inch of myself. But I can’t. Not here. It wouldn’t be fair on Esme... or Alice. Or Edward.”
Jasper growled at the mention of the mind reader. “What does this have to do with Edward? He’s a moping, sulking, fucking irrational cunt. All I want to do is punch him. Break his nose, smash his whining face through a fucking concrete wall.”
“Please don’t speak like that.”
The empath felt the doctor’s distaste at his choice of words. “Sorry.” He muttered.
“Its okay.”
“You know he’s jealous of me? I’ve only picked up on it recently. I think he’s been hiding it, burying the jealousy beneath all his rage. But I know its there. And I don’t understand it at all.”
Carlisle’s free hand moved to Jasper’s waist, fingers sliding gracefully beneath the thin fabric of his shirt. “I think he has been jealous of you for a long time. After all, he was my first creation, and in the beginning, it was just the two of us. I know he felt remorse when I created Esme. And I know he loathed me for bringing him Rosalie.” The doctor’s fingers traced the empath’s spine, leaving a cool trail as they moved up the toned back. “Emmett was not a problem, because really, he was turned for Rosalie’s sake. But when you and Alice arrived, you were strange to him. He was wary, especially of you.”
“Why?” Jasper’s voice was strained, muffled by the older vampire’s skin.
“When you first saw me, what did you think?”
Jasper laughed, a soft, husky sound. “I thought you were stunning. Easily one of the most handsome men I’d ever met. I thought… you were fucking beautiful.”
“Edward would have known that. You were unaware of his power at the time. He would have heard your every thought.”
The empath laughed again, a little louder this time. “So then he knew I wanted you from the very second we met… The poor little thing, he must have suffered tragically all these years.”
“I believe he has.” Carlisle whispered, his hand pulling at Jasper’s hair.
“Too bad for him.” Jasper smirked, elegantly moving to straddle Carlisle’s lap. His fingers made quick work of the buttons on his shirt, exposing the doctor’s exquisite, toned torso. Jasper leaned back, his eyes roaming over the older vampire’s snowy, sculpted chest. He bit his lip to suppress the growl building in his throat.
“There must be some place we can go.” Jasper muttered, mostly to himself.
Carlisle chuckled. “I will find us a place. But it won’t be tonight, Jasper. Have a little patience.”
“Mmm… I’m trying.”
“This is you, trying?”
Jasper nodded as he slid the cotton shirt from Carlisle’s shoulders. Leaning his body forward, he pressed their chests together, his hands gripping the doctor’s broad shoulders.
Carlisle untangled his hand from Jasper’s hair, sliding it down to join the other beneath the fabric of the empath’s t-shirt. Fingers scraped against his thick, stone-like skin, digging deep into the muscle.
Jasper’s entire body trembled, an urgent, hushed groan escaping his lips. “Carlisle…”
The younger vampire shifted his hips, grinding himself against the doctor’s solid body.
He licked his way from Carlisle’s neck, along his jaw and his cheek, stopping at his mouth. He paused, enjoying the sensation of the doctor’s breath against his lips, shallow and heavy, like his own. They breathed in unison, desperately sharing the same cold air.
Clamping his legs around Carlisle’s strong thighs, Jasper rocked his hips back and forth, creating the most beautiful friction. He bowed his head and whimpered as the doctor’s hands massaged the muscles of his back.
“Jasper.” Carlisle spoke in a breathless tone, “We need to stop now. I’m not… letting this go any further. You have to calm down. You’re only teasing yourself.”
The doctor’s breath ghosted over the flesh of Jasper’s neck as he spoke. The empath felt a tingling sensation flutter beneath his skin, sending shivers down his spine. “I can’t…” He whined, fingernails cutting into the flesh of Carlisle’s shoulder blades.
“You have to. I want you to stop.”
“No you don’t.”
“I do.”
Jasper groaned with frustration, leaning back to stare into Carlisle’s dark brown eyes. “Then you need to feel something… unpleasant.” The empath muttered.
Carlisle’s brow furrowed. “What?”
“I cannot stop… my body is overwhelmed… by our lust… its impossible for me to calm myself. I need you to feel something negative… it has to be strong.”
“Oh, of course.” Carlisle nodded, smiling. He brought his hands up to hold Jasper’s face, looking him in the eye. He forced the passion coursing through his body to subside, bringing forth misery. A great sadness. Mirroring the sorrow he had experienced today, when Edward had dragged Jasper through their front door. He pictured the younger vampire as he had been at that moment - pitch black eyes, glazed and unfocused, body shaking and crawling with hunger.
A moment later he felt Jasper’s weight shift as the empath climbed from his lap.
“Is that better?” Carlisle whispered, pushing away the hair hanging in Jasper’s eyes.
Jasper managed a strangled laugh. “No, its not. I prefer to feel your lust. But I guess… I’ll just have to have a little patience.”
