When Mike and I went to Disney World for our anniversary I was treated to dinner at the restaurant Boma. One of the dishes Mike raved over was the "Mulligatawny". It had chicken in it, so I could not try it at the time. But he did ask one of the chefs for the recipe. Did I mention how awesome Sunday night was? Mike made a veggie baked Ziti. It was really tasty. Him, Larry, Kristen and I all had dinner over at Larry's place. We also had a nice bottle of wine. This past weekend Jaime, our friend Audra and myself baked cookies. This is one of the recipes we used. They tasted great, a really unique flavor that was tangy and sweet, with a crunchy texture. A lot of work compared to your basic chocolate chip, but worth it!
