I finally finished Inheritance - the last book of the Eragon (Inheritance) series. Wow that was a tedius read.

I finished watching Season 1 and 2 of Ted Lasso, which I heard about from roguem.  It's about an American football coach coaching soccer(football) in the UK.  I've really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next season.  I've also been watching A Million Little Things which is about a bunch of friends after their close friend commits suicide.  It is about people close to my age, so relatable.

Both are a bit different from my usual type of show but really good.

I've been experimenting with various almond flour and gluten free recipes.  Almond flour baking tends to be a bit more dense than flour.  The good thing about it is, it fills you up and really satisfies the craving.  I made some lemon poppy seed muffins recently.  My son especially enjoyed those.  I love the lemon and poppy seed combo too so I was glad they turned out well.  The 12th was Alex's 22nd birthday.  He asked for the raspberry chocolate tart I made for my own birthday, so I was happy to make that for him too.   Today, I made some oatmeal cookies and took them to choir practice.

We will be having our Halloween Party on the day this year since it's on a Sunday.  The final week before!  I will be preparing some new games and crafts this year because of COVID and because the online shop I used to use is out of business.  My heart is heavy already LOL.

I've been really enjoying this playlist but I think I'm going to see if I can watch some Wolverine now.  Some pics before I go!
