stealing first base
I really liked the recent episode of The Simpsons, "Stealing First Base." I found it pretty clever and it had some very nice references, like the Itchy & Scratchy montage and the end where Nikki kisses Bart and they show a ton of other movie and TV kisses. The ones I especially liked were the Alien kiss, the WALL-E kiss, and the All in the Family kiss.
I don't care what people think about whether the Simpsons have gone down hill or not. I guess it doesn't have the zing it used to back in the day but they still have some pretty fucking sweet moments and I love the characters so much that's why I watch it.
