I really enjoyed these cakes. The banana bread portion was really moist and the topping was sweet and yummy. A nice twist on the traditional, and great for fall. The recipe is for one large cake, but I only wanted half, so I made 6 cupcake sized ones instead.

This was supposed to be a "bars" type of recipe but I made a change or two and they seemed more like muffins to me!
