Tempeh Kabobs

From Tempeh.info. The original recipe had different veggies.

Ingredients:
2 Tbs prepared mustard (I used spicy dijon)
3 Tbs cider vinegar
1 Tbs tamari (you could probably use regular soy sauce instead)
4 Tbs honey (I used Texas wildflower honey, mmm)
300 g tempeh, steamed (I used two packages of tempeh. I think it was White Wave brand.)
1 pkg. whole mushrooms
1 can pineapple chunks
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together to make marinade. Cut tempeh into 2 cm cubes. Add the tempeh and mushrooms to the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Carefully stir over a few times while marinating.
Divide the marinated ingredients evenly, along with the cherry tomatoes and pineapple chunks, and thread on skewers (don't forget to soak your skewers first if they're wooden!). Place under a broiler or on the grill. Cook, turning and brushing with marinade a few times, until vegetables are tender crisp (7-10 min).
Serve the grilled tempeh kebabs immediately.

I made these at a party and they disappeared quickly even though most of the people there weren't veggie and had never had tempeh before. Mmm.
