1 Soak 1.5 cups almonds overnight in water.
2 Put in a blender with just enough water to cover. Blend to pulp.
3 Slowly add water while blending until blender is full.
4 Strain through cheese cloth or paint filter. Voila, almond milk.
You may want to sweeten it with agave or add a couple dates in step 2

redclock Note: I found this milk was less watered down than the store-bought kind. When I made it I didn't put any sweetener in it and it tasted fine.
