Cool! :o) The only thing I would change next time, is that I would add a little more flour. It wasn't quite as thick as I'd like it to be. So if you're like me and you like your soups very thick, you might want to up the flour and/or reduce the stock a little.
Thanks for the tip! Not all soups have to be thick, but if cream of mushroom doesn't coat your entire mouth and throat as you eat it, it's not worth eating *L*
