meccheroncini spaghetti with minced pork and shredded veggies

My principle of cooking is use whatever is found in my fridge. And look I came up with this.

I never really use measurements when I cook. But here's an approximate recipe.

Ingredients:
1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot,thinly chopped (i shredded them)
200g minced pork
for seasoning: salt, pint of sugar and pork seasoning
oliver oil
200g of meccheroncini spaghetti
persley

Add spaghetti to boiling water, and cook until tender.
Place the spaghetti into bowl of cold water. Leave for 5 minutes. Drain them and put aside.
Put the pan on the stove, pure olive oil, add pork and season it. Cook until brown.
Then add onion and carrots.
Add the meccheroncini, stern around, add dry parsley, leave for about 5 minutes and done!
