Chicken parm, angel hair pasta and green beans.

First time post. Last week or maybe the week before I made Hubby and I some beautiful chicken parm, with a side dish of angel hair pasta and italian green beans.

I sort of followed a recipe from here.
Ingredient list:
Chicken:
1 to 1 1/2 lbs of chicken thighs
for breading
1/2 c. parm cheese (I used the dry stuff that comes in a can)
3/4 tsp garlic powder (probably use more next time)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil (probably use more of both next time as well)
I used the following to coat before putting in my breading.
1/4 c miracle whip
1/4 to 1/2 c milk (I eyeballed both of these so they are just rough estimates of the measurements)

I whisked the miracle whip and the milk together, then I washed my chicken to get the yuck from the package off.  I coated the thighs in the milk mixture then covered them with the bread crumb mixture.  after I was finished coating all of my chicken I placed them in a preheated oven (Temp 400*) and baked them for thirty minutes.  I made the pasta according to package directions and instead of using spaghetti sauce I used pizza sauce.  The green beans are made the only way my hubby will eat veggies.  Lots of butter, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.  Hubby who isn't fond of chicken or italian food in any form said I should definitely make it again
