Something wicked this way comes...
After 13 hours without power, a washer and dryer delivered, some interesting pain....
We lost 3 pretty big trees. My favorite is now gone. I had a feeling it was a tad sickly. It was a gnarly and very interesting looking tree. I'll have to see if I can find a photo of it. Nothing hit the house. One branch came close to hitting the truck. Most of the trees that fell, fell into the valley. It will be interesting trying to get to some of them so we don't lose all the surrounding trees. There's an obvious pocket that is lacking them.
Everyone is okay. So glad we weren't involved in the 2 apartment buildings that collapsed, or near the gas station that started leaking and natural gas leak that caused evacuation.
That was one doozy of a storm. Up to 70mph winds supposedly. No tornado.
