Well, it's official. I'm as screwed up as the rest of my family.  I had no idea that anxiety issues were as prominent in my family as they apparently are.  No wonder I've never handled stress well.  Panic is in my genes.  Hopefully that'll change now that I've been put on anti-anxiety/anti-depressants.
