You know you're an artist when...

...you google the brand of mechanical pencils you've been using since 8th grade to see if they still make that one specific type that you can't find anywhere anymore because you've hung on to the same one pencil since 8th grade and now give it Holy status because you've kept it that long and you use it for ALL of your artwork and masterpieces and you've been cannnibalizing pieces of other of that kind of pencil in order to fix it whenever some small part breaks and then you found the Pentel website and BAM THEY STILL MAKE THAT PENCIL and so you ordered six of them online so that you can keep using and fixing that same one pencil for the rest of your artistic life.

Or maybe that just means you're weird. Either one.

(Yes, I totally have hung on to and used one mechanical pencil for the last 6 years. If you didn't already know I was crazy, then now you do.)

(Also, I cannot convey how super-excited I am about this discovery.)
