One week....

So I've now been here roughly a week, though now that I stop to count, it's only been about 6 days...huh. That interesting. So yes, my first week of classes is now over. Apparently I had a class on Monday, which I was unaware of, so I, unwittingly missed my first day of class for IPC. That's ok though, cuz I made it for Tuesday class. Craziness.

I called people on Tuesday, which was very fun. Or was it Wednesday? I can't remember. In any case, I enjoyed talking on the phone. Yesterday I just sorta hung out. Katie, Amanda, and I went into Grantham again, and found this place called ASDA, which is owned by Wal-Mart. It's very interesting. Everything's still expensive, at least for Wal-Mart prices. But that's ok. We had this group of American boys following us around. They say they weren't, but I know they really wanted to look at the skirts...riiiight.

So yes, today has been quite long. It's not that I've done anything truly exciting or worth mentioning, it's just the opposite in fact. Perhaps that is why the day has been so drawn out. In any case, I'm tired and bored. There is one thing though - I finished "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn," which has fastly grown (haha, pun intended) to become one of my all-time favorite books. How exciting!

I leave for London at 9:00am tomorrow. That's 1am for you Californians, and 3am for you Indianans. Yes, I know you prefer Hoosier, but I will not conform! Anyway, have fun!!
