Shida Mirai, I came to know that Mirai-chan has a weekly journal published in a magazine (I don't know the name of the magazine).
I was asked if I could translate this weekly journal. I have no idea if I can make such a promise, but in the mean time, here's -what I think is- the latest published journal of hers.
Please do not re-post. Feel free to link back here ^_^

A 16-year-old's miraiiro (color of the future) ~vol.6
This week's monologue: I started dancing!
Mirai-chan who has entered a hip-hop club. There's a reason, a wrong impression...
I've entered a club. It's a hip-hop club. I was thinking, since I've become a high-school student I would like to do something. At first I thought I would enter something like a "homemade" club that makes sweets, so I went with my friend and checked out different places. Then I heard of this hip-hop club that was created this year in which only first-year students could enter. With a takatan♪takatan♪feeling, it really seemed interesting. [T\N: takatan is onomatopoeic for the sound of feet clicking]
People who have read this far, and feel like there's something odd, you are right.
To tell you the truth, I thought "hip-hop" was actually "tap dancing." Going there, thinking I'd be doing tap dance, the situation was totally different. When I asked my friend, "Shouldn't we like buy shoes or something?" she answered, "Eh? We'll be fine with indoor slippers. If you want to buy something, it should be the clothes, don't you think?" That's when I first realized I had misunderstood (sweat). Aaaah what shall I do!? I have absolutely never listened to hip-hop!
But being so excited I had already entered the club (laugh). There being about 50 persons, we should all dance in front of a mirror. But since we couldn't all fit in, we did the basics on the rooftop then danced in the gym. Nonetheless, for an absolute beginner like me to be inserted on the dancing floor so out of the blue, I was in a fix! Once the music started everyone would begin dancing, but if they didn't give me the go sign, I wouldn't know when I should start (laugh). "Tilt your head forward, and practice moving it back and forth." [T\N: not sure what is meant by this. Maybe a sort of head bob?] Even being told such things, it's still so difficult... Oh well, it's a challenge, right~. I just cannot imagine how I'd look dancing hip-hop, but I'll give it my best~!
This week's adult Mirai
I dance with this!
I dance at the club with this style. It's an ordinary T-shirt and ordinary black stretch-pants. It's totally not hip-hop style (laugh). But all my friends have this sort of feeling, so it's ok. I had never listened to western music, so from now on I'll have to gather some information. Chekira! [T\N: Check it out!]

Since I've finally posted a translation post in so long, I would like to ask your opinion on something I've been thinking about lately.
I think most of the people adding me do so mostly because of the translations I do/did. I have a feeling you don't care much about other stuff I write about ^_^; Plus, translations seem to have become a bit messy without order in this journal.
So, it's one of two options: Either I keep posting my translations/subs/TV-show summaries in this journal, while maintaining a list for easy access at the top, OR I migrate anything that has to do with translations to another dedicated journal (community?).
What do you think? Please tell me what you think would be more convenient ^__^
Thank you.
