More (crappy) rock legend icons!
Hello my LJ friends! How are you? I hope life treats you well, because I’ll torture your eyes with more crappy icons. I know I’m not good at photoshopping, and I’m too lazy to learn. But I had good times with Photoshop and these rock legends. So I wanna share them with you.
Well, you can see it yourself that my skill doesn’t improve at all =D But at least, I’m expanding the fandoms. Months have passed since my first post of crappy icons. And during those months, I fell in love with Rush and ELP. Both are great three-piece bands. Finding good Rush photos is quite easy. Most aren’t iconable, though. Well, for me they’re not iconable. And it’s even harder for me to find good and iconable photos of ELP. Most are BW and …I don’t know much about this. But it seems that they’re not very close to each other. I mean, compared to Rush, they’re rarely seen goofing off each other. Or maybe I should stalk them more XDD.
And I have to say thanks to anyone who made the textures and brushes that I’ve gladly stolen XDD. I forget who made which textures or brushes. So,… Dear artists. Thanks for making those lovely textures/brushes. I’m sorry that I can’t credit you. But I think you’ll thank me for that when you see these crappy icons. Xixixixi…
And now, let’s talk about my favorite icons…
I have to say that Mr. Coverdale looks good in gold. The original picture is this
I applied golden texture on it, and it was …magic! Haha. No. actually, David Coverdale always looked good when he’s screaming. And I began to imagine how he looked when he’s having orgasm =)) and why do I used past tense? Because I refer to the young David Coverdale. :P
My second favorite is the Roger/David icon. They look like a sweet couple XDD
