I got confirmation from my realtor that the house is officially listed!

The bad news is- she also confirmed for me that it still smells like pet urine   T_T   (and sadly, I didn't even ask her to check...)   I'm hoping with all my might that it's the smell from the basement coming up and into the house, because the only other place she peed downstairs was the kitchen and after 3 months of physical labor to replace the floor I'll cry if I have to start over.   I seriously don't know what I'll do.  The top layer is all new so if the problem is still there the only place it can be is UNDER the new floor where I can't get to it.  Same goes for the new carpet upstairs.  How do you use odor remover products on a hard wood floor when it's covered in new carpet and padding?

I did clean the basement with a lot of bleach, but I have to admit, I did it at the end of 2 days of 16+ hours of work on the house, so I probably didn't do the world's best job.  So I guess I'll start there and see how much improvement I can get.  Not that I'll be able to tell...

Here's hoping for buyers with as bad a sense of smell as me.
