Kind of "account reputation" filter

Title
Kind of "account reputation" filter

Short, concise description of the idea
"Allow comments only from X months old created accounts" or "Allow comments only from users with more than XX posts" option

Full description of the idea
Spam accounts (or spammers) create a mass of "one-day" accounts, usually created within 2-3 weeks (or less) before spam activity.

They are usually (in most cases) also have 0 friends (except lj default support accounts, of course) and 0 own posts. Sometimes their journal theme may be changed "for visible activity purposes", that is all.

So, adding an extra option (in LJ user account settings),titled something like "Allow comments only from 2[3,4,6] months old created accounts" or "Allow comments only from users with more than 10 [20,100] posts" will seriously reduce spam activity, I believe.
An ordered list of benefits
  • This will be like some kind of "account reputation"
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • Users, who create an account not so long time ago, impressed by somebody's journal maybe, obviously would have to "gain weight" before posting to that person, who might have this option enabled.
  • I actually didn't yet have enough power in web-programming, so I don't yet clearly realise how this can be done, by now.

account creation, comments, § no status, spam
