Yesterday I went to the gym for the first time in probably 6 months! Started off with 3:30 mins on the stairs and 10 mins on the elliptical. Then went on to legs. I did 4 sets of each. Hip adduction (inwards) (10x85lbs), Hip adductor (outwards) (10x90lbs), Seated leg curl (10x65lbs) & Leg extention (2 sets 10x55lbs and 2 sets 10x40lbs). It was my
