2. bobby brown karaoke:
   my first and best. Every Little Step is the one I use to impress people.
3. casual coffee:
   as found in Mr. Donuts, Osaka location.
4. dc united:
   I attended their matches for 4 years, and they sucked. the day I left the USA, they hit a winning streak and won the MLS Championship.
5. girard street parties:
   we threw the bestest parties back then, didn't we?
6. glitchy electronic pop:
   my musik of choice these days. that and laser and turbo.
7. hyaku-en shops:
   the Japanese dollar store. way better value and kitsch for your money, though.
8. impromptu dance parties:
   i live in the very middle of nowhere, Japan. if they aren't impromptu, they aren't really occurring!
9. peppermint tea:
   it's just about autumn in Akita, and the peppermint tea is replacing coffee.
10. the premiership:
    sets the standard for international footy. the top four teams buy trophies, but the league is still exciting and surprising, and I love the style of play.
