I'm at some odd 8k words (once again with names) on the fic I've been writing. I was pretty sure it was going to be my CLFF entry for challenge 42.

I just locked "Allegory" and "Mimetic". I'm not 100% certain yet, but there's a 98% chance that I'll be using the novelist!Lex story as my big bang entry. A while back, I think it was twinsarein who was talking about the immediacy of feedback, the likelihood of feedback addiction, and how it relates to how we feel about writing longer vs shorter stories, etc. Or something to that affect, as I wouldn't trust my memory completely.

This could effectively be a list of my WiPs and associated ramble.
