To the cooks on my f-list - and thank goodness there are so many of you! - I am thinking about roasting two chickens on Saturday when the baby's family comes for a holiday meal with us. Can I roast two 5 lb chickens in my standard size oven at the same time? If so, are there any special instructions for turning/moving them during the cooking ( Read more... ) -
