Yasuba Timeline

Hey Yasuba fans!

Since these two have such a rich and theory inducing history we thought it would be a fun project to put together a Yasuba timeline of all the cute moments, interviews, and "happenings" between these two. What a better way to get some wind under the sails of the Subassan ship, eh? ;)



Shibutani Subaru and Yasuda Shota, from Kanjani8. OTP of OTPs! I actually genuinely believe something has gone on with these two at some point; if it came out that they'd actually had a full-on affair it would totally not surprise me. XD But even if they haven't, I remain pretty convinced that Yasu had a boycrush on Subaru when they were juniors, and during 2006-7 especially they seemed close enough to have a very strong emotional relationship, if not a physical one. Subaru was hardly ever not cuddling Yasu on TV or holding his hand or saying "It's like we're dating~" - then there were the telling signs like him putting his head in Yasu's lap when they were on that hidden camera on Honjani, and the lovey-dovey birthday Jwebs - not to mention the ultra-pervy ones! I know Subaru IS a perv but he's also someone who doesn't hide his feelings - if he's in a mood you can tell, just like when he's happy you can tell. Therefore, when he does and says these lovey things so plainly, I can't help but feel they're meaningful. ;) And let's not forget Yasu writing the music to Desire sitting in his car at night thinking of Subaru as his 'girlfriend'! Of course you can put it down to fanservice or just good old bromance but I genuinely think there's a real case to be made for some deep feelings that aren't just friendship, even if they never have actually been acted on. I mean, the kiss in my icon. (47 DVD kiss - see below) COME ON. XD @ elyndys
