Irresponsibility on all sides.
This isnt about pets, its about farm animals, the stupidness stretches over into the animal welfare people and local authority.

I hate the RSPCA, they're all like "well we'd love to do something but wheres the fat paycheck?"
And If the owners got jailed in June surely this must mean those cows have been there since then?
Why dont they just give the cows away? You usually confiscate animals from people who have been charged with cruelty.
