PEOPLE- LEASH YOUR GODDAMN DOGS!
Arghhhh. A guy who apparently has 2 dogs was crossing a highway that's always littered in roadkill where the speed limit is 70. It's Texas- if the legal limit is 70, everyone's going 80. Both dogs weren't leashed, and weren't heeling him. One had already ran ahead in front of him, but I came literally 15 feet away from hitting his other dog who had paused to sniff something on the road. I can not go from 80 mph to 0 mph in 15 feet, if the dog hadn't run off it would have been road pancake right now.
