288 ravioli
i made a lot of spinach and ricotta ravioli the other day.
and will make more today.
yesterday we ran 3 different menus, 2 of which are brand new. i made 4 different kinds of mashed potatoes. it was extremely annoying. we did over 100 people on the holiday.
i had a case of the mondays. ha yea i have no idea why mondays are consistently so busy..but its not a good time.
tonight we're running 3 menus as well. 2 of which are also brand new..as in different from yesterday and requiring separate prep. WOOP DE DOO!
im going to look into a pastry apprenticeship i think. but it needs some research. i do not like 6am.
i bumped into chris from tcb and aja the other night. they are moving to victoria. which is cute. im going to get my tattoo coloured before they move. which is before me..so soon! he took pictures of my sleeve for his portfolio..woo!
