Yes, that is true. If you spray breastmilk on a cut, it will instantly heal.

My mother told me this once while she was breast feeding me and doing shots of tequila.

Well, there ARE some substances where the molecules are too large to enter one's breastmilk, and others where it requires ingesting a LOT of said chemical before it will cause problems (like caffeine). But this is me playing the Straight Man, here. ;-D

I must say, I would first consult with my boob nazi gynecologist, since she's done a serious amount of research into which chemicals can end up in breastmilk. However, I don't think that I'd let my kid go nuts with hunger and thirst until I got the answer. Formula's definitely not as good as breastmilk, but it's not freakin' POISON to most children.
