I'm really NOT looking forward to getting my wisdom teeth out. Because I STILL have to go to work two days later.
Ugh. Well anyways, today was..alright...not really..There were SEVEN minutes left until I was finished work, and Janice said "oh look there are seven minutes left, I'll let you have the seat now"....=o= "the seat" she is referring to is the computer desk seat, and was implying for me to finish up entering patient chart informationWTF. To her surprise, I had been entering those patient charts all along, when she wasn't looking..and I type fast so I get a lot done too...So I only had to enter like two people's prescriptions and I was done. She was flabbergasted. Ok maybe not flabbergasted. She was surprised. It's not my fault I'm efficient. *makes a face* To the unaided eye it looks as if I'm a slacker at work because I'm always doing my homework or reading a book because I'm never seen doing office work. But in reality, I just do it really fast and when everyone is preoccupied with things. That's why I'm not completely fucked at the end of the day because I've already done everything. It just seems like I haven't.
I find it really funny how Janice goes about doing things. If she doesn't want to do something she'll make me do it and she'll try to be sly about it but seriously, there's no nice way of telling someone to proofread the invoices for the first six months of the year. OH and there was this time when she said that she put in a good word for me to Peggy from Lenscrafters, who then put in a good word for me again at Sunglass Hut because Peggy thought I was perky and youthful or some foul-mouthed bullshittery like that, and Janice seconded that statement.....only because she wants the rest of us out of the office so she can get more hours. Again, shit from a bull.
