a hatred in disguise

If someone wanted to annihilate this world, I think they would have done so already. I mean....honestly, I don't think it's that difficult to do so. There are so many ways that I can think of to instigate another mass holocaust of epic proportions. I already know that I am a twisted person, but can you fathom this characteristic? I'm not a terrorist, but I do enjoy thinking outside of the box every now and then....and more often than rarely do I come up with ideas that sometimes I find terrifying myself.

1.) From the Inside
In the typical elementary school science classrooms, you learn that the human body is made up of 70%< water, and that water has a boiling point of 100 degrees Celsius. And chances are, if you live in a developed nation, you have a microwave or two in your kitchen. Now all you need to do is engineer a gigantic enclosure with magnetrons, transformers, diodes, capacitators....things that can be easily heisted from various power generating plants I assume, and slap a timer/controller on that baby. Imagine how detrimental that would be, because who hasn't seen the sickening video of a bunch of dumbshit kids microwave their pet cat? Granted, this is highly disturbing but not unfeasible. I'd imagine no one would survive being boiled alive for 30 seconds on HIGH...but even if someone survived, they'd be burnt/melting and would eventually die from oxygen deficit since red blood cells denature in high heat.

2.) From the Outside
This idea came from a really messed up dream I had. I don't remember exactly what chemical it was, but there is this compound that disintegrates organic materials. It wasn't sulfuric acid, although I'd imagine H2SO4 would be much more potent than what I was thinking of.....(ammonia? idk). Anyways, in this dream someone was putting live humans in this large washing machine-like structure and turned on the machine, which sprayed some kind of chemical onto these people...who literally melted in combination with the spinning action of the machine. Reminiscent of The Cell, oui? Not the greatest idea I guess...since my subconscious must have recycled images from that movie.

3.) Old Skool
Who is to say that atomic bombs, missiles, TNT, gunfire, tanks, hand-to-hand combat, or kamikaze are out of style? I'm willing to bet that those methods are being tested extensively yet secretly by various countries that we would not even suspect. And it's so easy because it's been done before. Anything in the world is hackable, whether it be the human body, nature, or conventionally a piece of electronics - which just emphasizes my point that anything is possible with technology, even though we think that technology is always about NEW innovations, it's also about developing the old as well.

These are all hypothetical situations of course. I'd imagine that weapons of mass destruction would be relatively easy to develop on the premises that they already have been developed in the past with success, and also on the premise that technology in certain hands would
undoubtedly be able to be the conduit for some vengeful asshole's malice.

So the question remains. Why are we still alive?

ideas, life, thoughts, epiphany, death, terrorists wear pink
