Brian Kinney of Queer as Folk (USA) is up against Sidney Bristow of Alias. I have never seen her show, though I've heard awesome things about her. But Brian Kinney is just captivating. This NSFW comment is my favourite. VOTE BRIAN KINNEY: HE WOULDN'T BOTHER VOTING FOR YOU sob so true. He's a bastard but then he secretly cares about people EXCEPT NO HE DOESN'T, DON'T FUCK WITH MY REPUTATION!! He's one of the most successful examples of that type. (I know Sidney is going to win. There's also Captain Mal Reynolds against the Eleventh Doctor, which is tearing a lot of people apart. Not me, since I don't watch Doctor Who, mwahahaha!! To the Community fans: Troy and Abed would vote for Mal! I think it's pretty amazing that a show cancelled after less than 14 episodes is in an epic battle with one of the longest Sci-Fi series ever! (I'm not sure how Star Trek lines up, given that there are more episodes per season in the States.) Firefly has so many fannish sayings associated with it - "I'll be in my bunk", browncoats, Can't Stop the Signal, "Also, I can kill you with my brain", "Big Damn Heroes", "Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!", "special hell", "This must be what going mad feels like"... Have another vid.
