The Good, the Bad, and the More Than Ugly!
The Good: I have a place to live when I move to Oregon!! YAY! The landlord of the cottage has given me the go ahead! Woo Hoo! Birdy will have a nest to sleep in. :D
The Bad: I have 1 week and 1 day to finish my thesis. I have 59 songs to look over the transcriptions of/imput into finale/edit/analyze/write up/and come to a conclusion. What was I thinking?
The More Than Ugly: I went to the library at Murphy yesterday to pick up a book, and one of the clarinetists from Wind Ensemble was behind the desk. He looked at me and said, "I hope you're able to get this done soon, I know I shouldn't say this, but you look like hell!" Thanks Mike! Thanks a lot. Basically, I've come down with a "my daughter just started daycare" cold from the Birdy Her version is only in her nose, eeeww baby snot! My body adapted it and in coalition with my crazy sinuses half of the stuff that should have stayed in my sinuses is now in my chest. I got the best of both worlds (can you hear the sarcasm?) So yeah...
