Ray was humming to himself as he walked along investigating alleys and poking his head toward the buildings, just trying to get a better idea of what was where. It was frustrating and odd to him, that things kept changing, but he wasnt giving up.
Now and then he smiled, as he thought of something from home, eyes glittering with light for a moment.
Back home I might stay home for days at a time, but that's because I could get so much more done there. Here... Well, I don't have any tools to work with. I go looking for them. Not because I expect to find a working computer, but because I can't do nothing.
A couple of days living in a place not designed to help offset the disadvantages of having no legs means that Barbara's looking a bit rough. Tired, perhaps a bit disheveled, but still mostly in control.
The first thing she does when she rolls out of the building is look up and down the street. The second thing she does is check the roofs.
After going back to her usual post up on the roof, Cass watched Barbara for a few minutes before finally deciding that she should come forward. She had already met with Steph and Tim. No doubt they told her she was here.
I knew she was here somewhere, but it's still something of a shock to see Cassandra. I realize that I'm going to need a closer look at her if I'm going to be able to calculate whether she's a threat or an ally.
Barbara waves, it's tentative and somewhat unsure, which is rather out of character.
She hesitates visibly for a second or two before finally doing the typical leap-off-the-building-and-use-objects-to-slow-your-descent and landing in a slightly crouched stance.
Steph hasn't been hanging around all that much. Tim's kind of overprotective here. It's kind of ... worrying her, a bit.
But he's left her alone for a bit, so she's putting her Detective Skills to use. Well ... what she's really doing is just staring at the Eden wall, tapping on it occasionally, and looking really frustrated.
Dammit, being stuck in a three-mile street is really claustrophobic when you're used to having a whole city to run around in at night.

"Hi... this will sound weird, but do I know you?"
He rubs his hair absently, having an odd feeling of having met her, or someone like her. Perhaps before he lost cohesion that last time...

If she looks wary... well that's because she is.

"Don't scare me like that!" she half-laughs, half squeaks. "No, I know it doesn't work. I just want out."

Then again if she ended up the way that Tim said she did...
"What's up?"
